The After School Care Program is designed for those students that need to be cared
for longer than the regular school day hours. The service begins with the first
school bell in the afternoon and we close at 6:00pm. Throughout the afternoon the
children receive a snack, homework time and time to play with their friends.

The After School Care Program (ASC) operates on a 35 week schedule to
coordinate with the school’s calendar year. Fees for the program are added to the
school tuition FACTS payment plan and deducted monthly. If your child joins the
program after the school registration night, your FACTS payments will be prorated
according to the number of months remaining in the school year.

The annual fee includes all school days, half-days and conference days. On half
days, ASC operates from 12:30 to 6:00. On conference days or teacher inservice/
professional days ASC operates from 7:00am-6:00pm and lunches are
provided at a cost of $1.75. Students may bring a lunch from home on these full
days.The annual fee does not include Christmas Break or Spring Break.

Parents who arrive after 6:00pm must see the staff person in charge in order to sign
out his/her child. Parents will be asked to pay a late fee of $3.00/5 minutes of
overtime. The late fee is to be paid to the staff person on duty at the time of pickup.

Registration: A non-refundable registration fee of $15.00 per family is required for enrollment in the After School Program.

• There is a HOLIDAY FEE of $20.00 per day/ per child for children NOT enrolled in the full-time or part-time ASC program.
• The Holiday Fee must be paid in advance to avoid the holiday crunch
