
PTO Organization–The purpose of this organization is to promote understanding and cooperation between the home and school and to encourage more active interest and support for Catholic education in the Parish. Special programs are sponsored by the PTO and can be scheduled at any time with principal consent.
Fund Raising Activities–Raising funds for support of the school program is essential for maintaining its quality. Our major fundraisers are a Fall Festival in October and Auction/Spring Fling in March/April. Other fundraisers include, Magazine Drive, grocery certificates, and Market Day food cooperative. Periodically, other fundraisers may be held for specific purposes.
In lieu of a back-to-school fundraiser, there is a PTO fee assessed per family. This fee is payable on registration day.
While fund-raising is recognized as a valued and legitimate source of revenue for supporting specific school functions, any and all fund raising activities must have the expressed consent of the Parish School Board. Said consent must be obtained prior to initiating such activities. All families will be expected to do whatever is needed to insure the success of these activities.
